We are running Version 16.08.01a in a 4 switch stack and having the same issue. Last weekend 44 ports stopped working.got it working again like this. power inline neverpower inline auto did not have to boot the stack.

If the known bug is on 16.6.5 and no release planned to fix bug?

What version do you recommend? 16.6.6?
