A lot of devices listed in the SNCT portal have the incorrect location for them.. How do I update the location for a device and where is it pulling that information from?
All the weekly auto uploads show successful in the CSP collector
4/11, 13, 18, 25 & 5/2 but none show as received in the portal. I ran a manual upload on on 4/11 also after the auto upload failed.
Is there anyway you could help me. I believe I have the similar issue I ran the upload from the Collector (it stated Successfully). I check the Portal and I do not see it in the Upload Section. Let a lone it Processing the data. It's like it didn't...
