We have Lwapp and IOS AP and the lwapp units are not getting ip numbers from our clean access yet the IOS ones are. any one seen this before?

I would like to know, where I can find the Radio's mac address? Using the Aironet Client Utility on my laptop,I associate with the access point and its shows the radio's mac address. Can someone point me in the right direction.

I have an ap1220 that is locked up. I have 2 red leds and 1 amber led. I am looking for a web page that will give me the best and update information on the ap1220.
