PIX 520 ver4.2 Password Recovery--Monitor Mode??

I can't seem to get the correct break sequence so I can access monitor mode on this classic gem. The "Ctrl", "Esc", and "Break" don’t work with HyperTerminal to console. Any help would be appreciated.
Output drops on ATM router interface

We have 6940 Output drops on our ATM DS3, with intermittent connectivity issues. How should we approach to resolve this issue?
