Can you use WCS software release 4 in conjunction with controllers running version3 code? This is an issue because we have 4100 controllers that do not have the ability to upgrade to the version 4 release of controller code.
Do a show int on the AP. See if there are any CRC errors. Try setting the switch and the AP to speed 100 & full duplex and swap the cable between the two out.Upgrade the firmware.Just a couple of thoughts... Good luck.

Typically I see that issue with only some wireless cards. Turning off SSID broadcast doesn't really gain you much in the way of securing your network. There is freeware that can find the SSID of your network with the broadcast off.
Thanks for the reply. I found out through TAC that you are right, but some of the features such as lobby ambassador specifically need the version 4 code on the controller to function. Even though lobby ambassador is managed through WCS.
