I see in Control Hub under messaging Disable the GIPHY integration to remove the GIF option from the Webex app for your users. Users can still share GIF file types - Is there a way to completely disable gif for chat?? HELP! 

I have looked everywhere - it seems there should be somewhere in Control Hub where I can increase the file size that can be shared in a Webinar - I can't find it anywhere and the AI agent just tells me I can but not how to get there.  Help me!! 

Has anyone experienced this issue where users have difficulties typing in questions in event center? Attachment shows what is happening. We are wondering if it is an issue with how they are joining - from a certain device or version?
