We have recently upgraded a few users to Cisco Jabber v12.5 from 11.9.3 . There is no issue in any country globally but in UK with English ( UK) customization keyboard if user type " key (i.e.. Shift+2) in chat window jabber detects two key strokes "...
The issue is coming on Cisco Jabber chat window and no other IM, Email, MS Office app. The user has correct customization and keyboard layout selected.Its only in Jabber chat window that we see two characters typed simultaneously if we type SHIFT+2.
