Coverage Maps

I know in pre-4.x WCS, the coverage maps didn't take into consideration AP's on floors above or below - has this been addressed in 4.2 or 5.x?Also, are the 1131 AP's supported in an upright orientation instead of just the ceiling mount orientation?
