Hi All, I'm new to finesse and wondering Jabber SDK for voice and video is official supported? I'm planning to use Finesse(v10) SDK + Jabber SDK(latest) to build an agent centric dashboard application that runs on firefox. Any thoughts?RegardsNazee...

Thanks for the quick response, so the issue is more likely media termination when user hit the browser back/forward button otherwise is it wise to continue using Jabber SDK(provided we manually disable those browser buttons)?
