getting "ncs ignoring unknown notification" in LSA configuration for custom notification sent from RFS service code

I have a LSA setup ,the RFS node is sending a notification as below towards the CFS node once the transaction is complete.But on CFS node the notification is getting ignored with the error saying "ncs ignoring unknown notification http://cisco.com/ya...
