I want to install other OS on ioX , rather than supplied yocto linux. Is that possible? I could not find any doc on it, even though the IoX docs make a general statement that the hypervisor arch can host any OS.

Has any one successfully installed different Guest OS in IOx other than the shipped yocto linux? e.g. Raspberry Wheezy or any other linux ? I want to install java 1.8 & mosquitto and other popular software on GuestOS but lack of prebuilt packages for yocto is becoming a disappointment .

Hi , Thanks a lot for these instructions . saved me a lot of time . I still having trouble accessing IOx local manager webUI on IR 829. I have the privilage mode 15 enabled but still cannot browse to https:// <gig0>:8443 . Not sure if local manager webUI is really running in guestOS or may be its not supported in my version of image.
