I have two sites that are a bit further than 10KM and are using Cisco C9300X to replace the Meraki MS425. We installed a Cisco QSFP-40G-ER4 but they don't seem to work. It was suggested we use a native Meraki optic, but looking at the Meraki website...
Hello @liviu.gheorghe the Cisco C9300X is being used with the Meraki Cloud-Managed IOS. I was lead to believe the CLI is disabled, is there a way to still get access to the CLI?
@Mark Elsen Thanks for the linkI searched up the C9300X-NM-2C-M module and it does show the QSFP-40G-ER4 as compatible. Which makes it more confusing why the Cisco QSFP-40G-ER4 is not working. Firmware version on the C9300x is: IOS XE 17.15.5
