Upgrade ACS 4.0 to 4.1.1.24 doesn't work

I try to upgrade to 4.2 on Windows Server 2003SP1. First step was to apply the CSCsh32888 Patch (replace an exe), which is OK.next step is the upgrade to 4.1.1.24. I Installed IIS6, checked the JRE-Versions, Stopped all services including MCAfee, RDP...
