If you connect uplink to C9200L-24T-4G-E product, all UTP ports go dow

If you connect SFP uplink to C9200L-24T-4G-E product, all UTP ports go down. I have three, and all of them have such symptoms. It's the same when I upload the latest firmware. I attached a video.

Dear.M02@rt37 Currently, only 2 SFP ports are connected, and 1 laptop port and 1 Internet port are connected. It's too hard
