The host is often involved with too many things to also monitor chats in a Webex meeting. A Chat monitor role that one could choose to turn on and become the default chat recipient (instead of everyone or host/presenter) would be great.
There are times when users have their video on, but their laptop closed so they are broadcasting blackness. As a host I want to be able to choose to mute a participant's outgoing video.
As the host of the meeting I want to be able to unmute a conference room. Sometimes the rooms have been muted with mute-all but I want to be able to unmute a room if the participant doesn't know how (or can't reach the controls) to unmute themselves.

I see that Webex 33 is now including the presenter video in the recordings. That is a good thing.
Is there any way to choose NOT to include the speaker's video? Can anything else be added to the video such as chats?
