I updated C100V to AsyncOS 13.0.2-030 in december and stuck with this version.Looks like it's dropped from the upgrade path - system upgrade always says "No available upgrades." and version 13.0.2-030 not mentioned in the release notes for 13.5 and 1...
Finally, versions 13.5.4-020 and 14.0.0.682 appeared in the System Upgrade. TAC engineer also confirmed that 13.0.3-021 is only for FIPS/CCC customers.
