I try to trace the capability negotiation between two ebgp speaker.
What are the related debug commands to get the exchanged information from the bgp open messages with minimum overhead on a router running IOS XR 6.1.3.
Answer from cisco support is, that there are no debug commands available to trace the offered bgp capabilities from the cisco router. You can only trace the capabilities received from the bgp neighbor.

On my system v9k v6.1.3 both debug commands work, but there is no information about the bgp capability negotiation in the bgp open phase in the syslog.
