I have been struggling with windows L2TP remote access vpn on Cisco ASA5506 with PSK for a long time now. The session simply fails immediately after completing PHASE-2. The configuration on the ASA looks like this:

Configuration on ASA 5506 and windows 10 client is pretty standard but the debug shows that the session drops after completing phase 2
