I have been having the same issue, and have tested it with 80+ serial numbers. All came up null, which cannot be correct. Have you found any solution/reason? It would be wonderful if Cisco could get back to us about this.
Let me clarify. When I use other Cisco Support APIs with the same token, they work with no problems. The Software Suggestion APIs are the only ones saying "not authorized." I am registered, as that is how I am able to access the other APIs.
