Hello, hopefully one of you experts can assist me in moving this forward and help me get out of this true issue of the business sales people not emailing/texting me back versus a voice phone call. I have always documented with Cisco and my online profile that I am very hearing impaired and that in order to resolve ANYTHING having to do with Cisco and me that an EMAIL AND TEXT is a MUST, not a choice - but Cisco Sales doesn't seem to comprehend my disability here or else more so, they just don't want to take on a more challenged customer. I have spent thousands and thousands on Cisco for 30 years and they, by law, know that they have to make the minimum accommodations to suit us all. Hello, I am in a pinch for time. My wireless Cisco router I think officially bit the dust in the night. Presales at Cisco tells me that I need the best wireless model of the 880 series routers. And I have attached the specs sheet to this post. I have no idea and sales could not tell me what wireless model in this series does what and why, which leaves me not knowing which EXACT model within this series to purchase. And I do not understand all the technical jargon in the attached PDF file. Would a wireless networking/wireless router specialist please respond as soon as you have a minute to think this over and possibly review the attachment to this post?
