I have default routeip route 172.16.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.10.4IP route 172.16.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.10.5 2when 192.168.10.4 is down. why has traffic not shifted to 192.168.10.5?

we want some relaxation for updation for ccnp.  ccna will expire this year. bur due to covid 19, we are not able to ccnp exam
