If the space is hidden, then you can view Hidden Spaces by clicking on the Filter Icon and clicking on Hidden. After it'll show all spaces that you have made hidden, just right click on any one of those and click on Unhide to make it visible again.
If you don't have unlimited recording, recommendation is to contact your CSM/Sales/Account team to see what would be needed to add that on as it is a possibility that the feature may have extra fees associated with it.
