Hello All, thanks for your replies. Issue has been fixed after enabling DHCP required (under advanced tab) enabling on the foreign Controller. now user able to getting proper IP address.

@Scott Fella - On anchor controller, both WLAN's are working fine. On foreign controller, out of one WLAN is working fine without any issue. only another SSID facing this IP related issue.
