PI 3.0 Can't add WLC 4402 7.0.252.0

My PI 3.0 can not add wlc 4402 7.0.252.0. I got a message from "Collection Status Details" as below. Collection Status : SNMP Failure: No Response for SNMP Get request. How can I do to solve this problem? Or, some people had same problem with me?
