I have attached 2 photos, showing my putty setting are good, and the cable I use.I also attached a video of the switch loading. I do not think there is an issue with the serial cable, or else I wouldn't be able to see the switch loading in the cons...

Hi, I have tried Putty and SecureCRT.The settings are fine. Also, when I am using telnet, i can control the switch perfectly fine.It seems the issue is doing so with console cable only, I am clueless.
