How can I configure loadbalance to operate as a failover?I don't really want to loadbalance the real servers. I want one to be the "primary" unless it fails (probe dies) then it will move connections to the other real server.

Ok, how can I get the software ftp'd to the secondary without forcing it to be master? In box-to-box the interfaces on the secondary don't work with the exception of the redundancy-protocol interface which is just a cable between the two boxes.Seems ...

Thanks for the reference. From looking at the reference, can't I just build a backup-rserver in the same serverfarm? Seems like I wouldn't need the backup serverfarm. At any rate, thanks very much for the tip. With these commands I can get it working...
