From my laptop I can ssh into my C3650 with my username. When I try to use the 10.15.20.1 vlan to access https://10.15.20.1/wireless, I try to use the same username and password I ssh into, but I can't get in.
What should I check first?

This is the Window Security message prompt for the username and password.
The server 10.15.20.1 is asking for your user name and password. The server reports that it is from priv_01_access.
