My customer is trying to connect connect 5 iPads to the SX20 using proximity. All iPad are been configured similarly, and running similar version of the proximity software. Only 1 iPad is connected with no issues. The other 4 fails as follow: 1. Open Proximity app in the iPad 2. "Finding Video System~" message is displayed 3. "Connecting" message is displayed 4. "Connecting to FUK_ARK" is displayed, but the connection fails and steps above from 2 to 4 are repeated multiple times without success. can you please advise what do you think might be the issue. Hi Team- One of our partners is currently developing a scheduling system for a customer based on TMS and MCU APIs. after booking a meeting using TMS API, we want to be able to change the meeting layout anytime. can you please advise if there's TMS API for this. if not do you know if this is feasible by using MCU API? this customer has deployed CMR-Hybrid solution. can you please advise what type of integration is required between the new developed scheduling system and TMS so that each user can be connected to his own webex account when booking a CMR-hybrid meeting.
