Perfmon monitoring via SNMP on MCS 78XX

Hi,On an MCS 78XX running CallMgr 4.0, how can you monitor via snmp the perfmon variables (ie like in Cisco Real Time Monitoring Tool) ie like server load etc.I can connect using SNMP to get network stats and CallManager stats.Thanks,Craig A
