tried PDm on a different machine, no dice, disabled the windows firewall no dice, how would I make sure the PDM is configured correctly?

Ok, i got the certificate installed, and now i just get a pop up with this window that says, The Cisco PIx device manager will start in another window.s Closing this browser will limit the funcionality availiabe in the Cisco PDM.Nothing else opens.?
