I have this problem. I have a client with Edge 75 codec and when I push the menu button on the remote control does not apper the menu so I can't gain access to menu shortcuts,
I did an update from version 9.1.2 to 9.3.3 but I still have the same problem. The remote control is working, the codec receive signals from all buttons but seems like there some misconfiguration.
The only way to check configurations is by telnet conection. Any idea why the menu does'nt appear in the monitor?
