I need help with a problem related to pinning users on CME. The idea is that each user must use an individual pin to make external calls, but without affecting internal calls on the CME.

According to research, I was able to verify that I need to work with the FAC, but how can I configure and assign individual pins to these users without affecting internal communication?

I've already had contact with this article, what I can't understand is how I can put individual codes for the extensions.
