SIP outbound call Disconnect Cause=47

Hello all,

We started having issues with outbound calls with a SIP provider. This below is the call flow:

CUCM -> SIP Trunk -> Voice gateway -> SIP Trunk -> Provider

On the voice gateway, I'm getting a disconnect cause=47. Viewing the logs, it seems that CUCM and VG are able to negotiate the codec g711ulaw, but after this, I can't see the invite to the provider offering the codec.

Could anyone help in this case, please?

There's a dial peer between CUCM and gateway, that shows as incoming dial-peer on the logs: Result=Success(0) after DP_MATCH_ORIGINATE; Incoming Dial-peer=105

Those SIP messages are also between CUCM and GW. I can see that outgoing dial-peer gets selected, but never see any SIP messages to the provider. 

Dial-peer to provider is 702.
