No Aplica Cambios en CUCM

Hola a todos,

Cuando borro una extensión dentrol del cucm aparentemente se elimina, sin embargo la extensión sigue operativa, puedo realizar y recibir llamadas aún cuando la extensión ya no conste dentro del CUCM. Cuando quiero cambiar la información de un telefono registrado se cambia sin problema dentro del cucm pero no afecta al telefono, lo mando a resetear o reiniciar y no aplica los comandos. Esto me sucede con varios modelos de telefonos en redes distintas. he revisado licenciamiento y no es por ahi el error. he reiniciado el servidor varias veces sin resultados.

Esto  sucede tanto en el publisher como en el suscriber, y todos los telefonos se han registrado ahora en el suscriber y no en el publisher.

De igual manera pasa cuando realizo cambios desde el suscriber.

Alguien sabe a que se debe esto?

Hola Pedro,

Si los cambios que se hacen en CUCM no se aplican una vez que se guardan y se resetea el dispositivo (en este caso los teléfonos), puede que exista un problema con la base de datos de CUCM.

¿Podría mandar los outputs de estos comandos de CUCM?

show status (PUB y SUB)

show network cluster (PUB y SUB)

utils dbreplication runtimestate (PUB)

utils diagnose test (PUB y SUB)

En caso de que la replicación esté mal, sugiero abra un caso con TAC.
