AYUDA Air-lap1142n-a-k9

Hola todos 

el problema: compre dos Air-lap1142n-a-k9 por internet y al querer configurarlos

en uno al querer ingresar por interfaz web que me arroja la ip ; accedo a la pag. que dice office Extend Access Point, pero al colocar el usuario y password de Cisco.

me aparece una mensaje de "The AP is not in FlexConnect mode"

y el otro ap no me deja ingresar a la pagina web, pero el switch le asigna ya una ip. por otro lado no me deja acceder en el CLI por EXEC privilegiado. solo me arroja estos comandos:

Hola @soporte_betoz

Es probable que los equipos tengan una imagen dependiente de Controladora, es decir, necesitaras una Wireless Lan Controller para poder administrar y configurar tus APs.  Para estar seguro entra por el puerto de consola y compartenos el output del comando "show version"

Hola @soporte_betoz

Efevtivamente ambos equipos tienen una imagen dependendiente de Controladora "flash:/c1140-rcvk9w8-mx/c1140-rcvk9w8-mx" Tus equipos deberian de tener la igmagen 9w7.

Necesitas  descargar la imagen correcta para tu AP, tienes que elegir la versión Autonomous AP IOS Software, esa descarga la puedes realizar acá.  Es importante saber, que para poder acceder al área de descargas debe de contar con un contrato de mantenimiento con Cisco, en caso contrario no lo podrás descargar.
