Override per user bandwidth contracts kbps (is it in use on the 9800?)

Hello,

We recently migrated from a 5508 controller to a WLC9800-CL (on the public cloud). We are trying to configure it as closely as possible to what we had on the previous controller.

On the WLC 5508, under WLANs -> QoS, there was an option to "Override per-user bandwidth contracts (kbps)" and "Override per SSID bandwidth contracts (kbps)." On this new WLC9800-CL, I can't figure out how to configure it.

I tried Configuration -> Services -> QoS. But I only managed to create the AVC profiles.

I appreciate any help guiding me on how to configure it.

Go to wlan > edit 

Under QoS you will see both options

Sorry, on the WLC9800-CL, there's no QoS option in WLANs.

I checked TAGs & Profile, under Policy, and it takes me to the AVC profiles. But there's no option: Override per user bandwidth contracts kbps.

you are correct 
you need to go to config > service > QoS 
config user kbps 
then return to wlan and attach QoS profile to WLAN (in tag tab)
