Wifi user intermediate network issue ( no internet)

Hi Everyone,

Technology and Support

We are currently experiencing an Internet connectivity problem within our network, which appears to be an intermittent issue.

We are using cisco 1832I and cisco SG350 as L2 switch.

Our network does not utilize a LAYER 3 switch; instead, SOPHOS functions as a Layer 3 device for the user subnets.

All VLANs have been configured on SOPHOS. The users encounter random Internet connectivity problems.

As per our investigation, it's an ARP issue, which is not updating correctly.

Hi @NitinRawat12

If this is an ARP issue, which make sense, then it is a firewall issue as the layer3 device handle the ARP. I dont know anything about thie firewall but from my experience with different vendor, I  would take a look in "anti-spoof". The networks may need to be added somewhere in the firewall also instead of only rules.
