ASA: Redundant Interface の Standby Interface において 'L2 Decode drop' が増加する

Redundant Interface 構成における Standby Interface の待機状態は，nameif をはじめ，MAC Address, IP Addressといった設定情報が紐付けられていない状態のまま Link Up させて待機させます．
そのため，その状態で Standby Interface がパケットを受信すると，show interface の解説にある 'the name is not configured' の条件に該当してしまうため，カウンター 'L2 decode drops' がカウントアップされます．
