このドキュメントでは、Catalyst 9800 コントローラのログインクレデンシャルや Enable パスワードのリカバリ手順を説明しています。

動作環境

このドキュメントの情報は以下のハードウェアとソフトウェアで確認をしています。
* Catalyst 9800-40
* Version 16.10.01

手順

コントローラを再起動させる

起動中、コンソール出力に ##### が出力されている間に 'break' キーをターミナルから送信する
起動が中断し Rommon プロンプトでコントローラが起動します。( break キーの送信は putty などのターミナルの機能を利用します)

コントローラが Startup Config の内容を読み込まずに起動します
コントローラが起動したら、適宜 startup-config の内容を running-config にコピーする
Enable パスワードあるいはログインクレデンシャルを再設定し、Telnet や SSH で設定したクレデンシャルでアクセスができることを確認する
