思科3650连接华为S3700 接口每天固定时间会down up 接口都是双工模式 也更换了接口 每天还是会出现这种情况

而且这种接口抖动，似乎没有影响业务流量，至少感觉上是这样，目前是这样的现象吗？

就是因为影响了业务，所以才要解决这个问题

试试关闭两端端口自协商,且思科设备关闭DTP协商。配置命令如下:

华为设备:

interface GigabitEthernet x/x/x
 undo negotiation auto
 port link-type trunk
 port trunk allow-pass vlan xx

思科设备:

interface GigabitEthernetx/x/x
 switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
 switchport trunk allowed vlan xx
 switchport mode trunk
 switchport nonegotiate
 speed nonegotiate

华为交换机使用的业务口连接思科交换机  改变端口的协商模式还是不行。
