N5K-日志 %ARP-3-REQ_IP意思求解

现网有台交换机N5K，跳日志 %ARP-3-REQ_IP: arp [3775] Sending ARP request for invalid IP address 0.0.0.0 on Null0, request from pid: 3915，有知道原因的老哥吗 ？
看PID的进程是rpm:
PID Runtime(ms) Invoked uSecs 1Sec Process
3915 127 49 2611 0.0% rpm
有老哥知道这个rpm的进程是什么意思吗？？
