之前遇到的一个故障， 客户买了两台3850 交换机，型号是一样的，当时也确认过IOS 是一样的，但是堆叠的时候重启报错，无法正常启动：
因为之前确认过IOS ，硬件版本都一样，所以排除了这个问题，于是各种检查 ，最后发现堆叠线其中一条接触不良导致的。
经查： 3850 在初次堆叠的情况下不能单链路堆叠，一定要双链路堆叠才会成功，否则会报错如图，要注意，不要觉得一条堆叠线也可以堆叠成功。
这里也随带提一下交换机堆叠的选举顺序、重新选择条件：

An active switch retains its role unless one of these events occurs:
• The switch stack is reset.
• The active switch is removed from the switch stack.
• The active switch is reset or powered off.
• The active switch fails.
• The switch stack membership is increased by adding powered-on standalone switches or switch stacks.
The active switch is elected or reelected based on one of these factors and in the order listed:
1 The switch that is currently the active switch. （已经是Master）
2 The switch with the highest stack member priority value. （高优先级）
3 The switch with the shortest start-up time. （先启动）
4 The switch that has the configuration file.（有配置文件）
5 The switch with the lowest MAC address.（低MAC地址）
