你好，因为客户对数据安全的原因 ASR9901 路由器的硬盘全部销毁

我自行把空的硬盘装回去然后下载 USB的镜像把系统装上去。但是光纤板卡一直启动不起来。

输入 show platform 命令显示 SW_INACTIVE

输入 show hw-module fpd 命令显示 ASR-9901-LC 的 FPD Versions 版本都是0.00 且显示NOT READY

输入 upgrade hw-module location all fpd all 升级命令也没用。

请问这个板卡的FPD是否需要单独下载呢？但我好像找不到相关下载的地址。望解答。谢谢

可以看看show ver br, show log和dir harddisk:dumper等是否有异常信息。启动的log里面有没有SDD启动失败的信息，有一个已知的bug.

这个是插拔后的log吗？感觉没有太多信息可以查看，方便的话，可以console设备，插拔一下0/0看看log信息。

你好，这机的卡和主板是用两个插槽连接并且有好多螺丝。应该是不支持热插拨。

请看下面的图，主板上的4个硬盘就是我后来添加上去的。Line card上没看到有硬盘。

好吧，前面没注意到是9901，理解成机框式板卡了。我是想看看，设备正常插入启动时的log，看看有无异常。前面提到的SSD是bug里面所有提及，不确定是不是你所指的内容。
