Why does WAN2 share upload bandwidth with WAN1 when uploading?

weibin

Level 1

I have two PPPoE connections, WAN1 and WAN2, each with an upload bandwidth of 50Mbps. There are no issues with OpenWRT, but with the Cisco router, WAN2's upload affects WAN1.

@weibin

Can you share the router config?

 I believe you might be load balancing traffic between the two wans and that´s why  it is sharing.

If you run a trace route from one PC to the internet a few times, how does it looks like?

I tried connecting WAN2 back to the OpenWRT for PPPoE dial-up, and after connecting it back to the Cisco router, the issue disappears. Each WAN has an upload speed of 50 Mbps. However, if I restart the Cisco router, they share the upstream bandwidth.

I fixed the issue by removing the "ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0" from the configuration, and that resolved the problem. Thank you for your help.

What is version related to issue? I dont know.

Anyway' when both WAN UP and ypu dont use some load balance sure ypu will get not equal BW between two WAN.

....sorry for some delay in reply I am busy....
