ND Cluster issue - log : k8s: services not in desired state - sm

I want to do 'NDO' Deploy
I installed Nexus Dashboard with ESXI.

Despite following the guide below, the problem is that the cluster state is not normal.

k8s: services not in desired state - sm

Has anyone had the same problem as me?

I found the correct answer,, my test lab vmware esxi license is an evaluation, so 8 cpu allocation is max. Looking at the log, it was confirmed that the sm service was not running due to lack of cpu. This problem is solved by increasing the vm cpu.
