I want to do 'NDO' DeployI installed Nexus Dashboard with ESXI.

I found the correct answer,, my test lab vmware esxi license is an evaluation, so 8 cpu allocation is max. Looking at the log, it was confirmed that the sm service was not running due to lack of cpu. This problem is solved by increasing the vm cpu.
