Changing file partition type of N9K.

I have two n9k-c93180yc-fx3.
They are nxos 9.3(11).
I have difficult with upgrading this device to nxos 10.3(6).
One of the fx3's file partition type is 0x83.

(I can see file partition type when booting the n9k like "Filesystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83")

And the other is gpt.
The one with 0x83 fx3 cannot be upgraded.

It went to rommon mode after upgrade configuration and reload. (Installl command or boot command)
Is it important that file partition is whether 0x83 or gpt?

Is there any way to change this file by partition?

Did you attempt to format the partition or re-partition the device before upgrading to 10.3(6) ?

I did factory reset of two n9ks.

(both 0x83 and gpt)

Even though you've reset the N9k, do you reformat the bootflash partition ?

No i didn't format the partition.
