Hello Cisco Community,
I recently purchased a used Cisco 2811 router (PID: CISCO2811) and replaced its original AC power supply with a DC power supply. However, the command show env all still shows "Main Power Supply is AC" even though only a single DC power supply is connected. The router boots up normally, and the DC power input is confirmed to be working.

Issue Summary:
The router detects the power supply as AC despite using a DC power unit.
I suspect this is an IOS 12.4(17a) bug, but I couldn’t find any official Cisco documentation or Bug ID related to this issue.
Questions:
Has anyone encountered a similar problem with Cisco 2800 series routers?
Is there a known Bug ID or Cisco document addressing this power supply detection issue?
Since this is a second-hand device, I don’t have a Cisco service contract. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
