Hey Guys, trying to run a client health report with failure

Exception: Request failed for https://api.meraki.com returned code 400. Truncated server response: {"errors":["timespan is too large"]} (use muteHttpExceptions option to examine full response)

this is the time stamp I am using

t0: 1728632400

t1: 1728818400

  • October 11, 2024, 8:00 AM EST (converted to UTC) = timestamp 1728632400.
  • October 13, 2024, 5:00 PM EST (converted to UTC) = timestamp 1728818400.

any advice ?

-hope this helps-

What happens if you try a smaller time span like 5 minutes?

works for 5 min, even works for a day, but not for a specific period or 7 days.

-hope this helps-

I can also run it through Visual Studio code, but can not run from Meraki's google sheet

-hope this helps-

Some endpoints don't support long timespans, which endpoint are you calling please?
