I am genuinely confused on how to approach my issue, I have done my CCNA on 2018-04-17.
So far so many cases I open but no calls/email received and still I'm a fool to try to get my certificate from pearson cisco.
I am not sure to whom else I need to contact. I tried my utmost strength and bottom level to connect with cisco but I hope maybe your customer support doesn't reach up to the level, it's really really frustrating to keep emailing and calling and raising service cases almost 50+cases and 100+ calls I made but no luck in result **bleep** hell.
And what you people know only "we will check" try to speak reality,
Transfer to the concerned team and revert an email. I will share the details which are required, Its **bleep** stupid to keep trying. It's been 5 years and I still need it. It's my hard work and I need it.
Even when I try to send email I get AUTO EMAIL back to my Inbox ??
